Look. Whatever. Canon compliance need not apply. I just want bratty Nero trying so hard to prove himself to the man whose position he’s aiming for. Ok with underage, but I’d prefer just-graduated-and-full-of-braggadocio Nero facing Midas like it’s a challenge and he plans to win it (if he does or not, up to you.)

Ok with dub/non-con, super ok with tempered!Midas, and I wouldn’t mind eventual mentions of Cid and/or Gaius.

Gaius and Midas as lovers, as Gaius realizes that his beloved Scientist, father of his ward/adopted son, has been somehow Tempered. He can either betray his lover, or his nation. Wreck him with conflict sex, break him with divided loyalties. Make it hurt good.
