  • Only admininstrative head(Head Of Office) can add/modify any details regarding the details of land record proforma. Director sir (director.ivri@icar.gov.in) can only view the report related with land proforma for respective SMDs.
  • There is four types of login in LRMS web apps: (personal email not allowed)
    • For example: Agricultural Education, SMD
    • Login: ddg.ae@icar.gov.in
    • Password: ICAR email password to login in ICAR domain
    • For example: Director(works), ICAR Hqtrs
    • Login: Director.Works@icar.gov.in
    • Password: ICAR email password to login in ICAR domain
    • For example: Director, ICAR Institution(Indian Veterinary Research Institute, Izzatnagar)
    • Login: director.ivri@icar.gov.in
    • Password: ICAR email password to login in ICAR domain
    • For example: Administrative Head/Head of Office, ICAR Institution(Indian Veterinary Research Institute, Izzatnagar)

  • Note: If the password to be resetted/regenerated, then the support IT Team (Wipro) should be contacted through email that is, support.it@icar.gov.in
  • When the error comes while filling the land profoma form for respective institute(s), regional station(s), KVKs then it should be reported to support email that is, support.lrms@icar.gov.in with proper screenshot and short description about the problem(s) or issue(s) faced.
  • No, support IT Team (Wipro) will not authorised the ICAR login provided to you earlier. Instead the login password if either not known or forget password for his/her respective logins(see question 2) to be used in LRMS web apps, only then the support IT team will be contacted for the same.
  • The land record proforma will be filled only once for ICAR Institution/Regional Stations/KVKs. Only the land area part 1 is summed up for different land(s) in a region or sub region.
  • Yes, you have to fill the land record proforma for ICAR institution in case there is no land available. The amount/area field will be zero(0), date field/text box will be empty/blank/dd-mm-yyyy and all the text field will be marked as 'Not applicable'. Nothing to be done for disabled field. The report will be viewed by director(works) and deputy director general(SMD Wise) at higher level.
  • Then, the land record proforma is not fully submitted by ICAR institution. You have to submit all parts that is Part 1, Part 2 & Part 3, then do final submit in the end for the same.
  • First of all, administrative head / head of office / director ICAR email is already created by support IT Team (Wipro) for ICAR institution. In case, either the password is not known to you or forgot the password by you and same can be resetted/regenerated by contacting the support IT Team (support.it@icar.gov.in) through dropping an email. In case, there is no administrative head/head of office in ICAR institution and role assigned to you is different than administrative head/head of office and assigned the duty to fill the land record proforma for ICAR institution. Then, drop us by email the ICAR email(through which you want to login in LRMS) details on LRMS support email (support.lrms@icar.gov.in). Then you will be able to login to LRMS web apps.   • Do not worry. When the land record proforma is opened next time after selecting the ICAR institution/Regional Station/KVKs then prefilled value will come in text fields/box. After that you can alter the text field(s)/box where the change/alteration is required and click on either 'Update' or 'Update & Next' button. It will save the record and show the alter value in respective text fields/box again.
