Designed and built AI-assisted content intelligence and performance measurement systems for a streaming platform, including analytics infrastructure, decision-support tooling, and executive-facing data products.
Built 5 core platforms from scratch (CRM, ERP, Listing, client portal, partner portal). When budget cuts reduced the team to 2 engineers, adopted an AI-driven development process ("Think Twice, Do Once") that maintained full delivery capacity. Reduced AWS costs 80% through architecture redesign.
Implemented the company's first Data Governance framework during its transition from fintech to bank. Led the migration of data infrastructure from AWS to GCP, handling billions of transactional records with zero data loss.
Led a team of 40 in-house engineers + 20 contractors across backend, frontend, data, DevOps and QA. Designed Terraform-based infrastructure, implemented CI/CD, and prevented multiple security incidents during a period of rapid growth.
