Claire Lovering

Claire Lovering is an award-winning Australian actress known for her work across film, television, theatre, and voiceover. She was born and raised in Fremantle, Western Australia, and is an acting graduate of the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA).
Claire stars opposite Mark Wahlberg and LaKeith Stanfield in the upcoming Amazon MGM feature Play Dirty, directed by Shane Black, and recently completed filming in Hong Kong on The Season, a new Hulu series from the creators of Crazy Rich Asians.
Her recent screen credits include the lead role of Gert in the AACTA nominated comedy series Gold Diggers (ABC/CBS) and Amazon's high-concept comedy Class of '07, for which she received an Equity Award nomination for Best Comedy Ensemble. Additional credits include Austin (BBC/ABC), the hit Netflix shows North Shore and Wellmania, Stan's satirical comedy C*A*U*G*H*T* alongside Sean Penn, and Wolf Like Me (Peacock/Stan) opposite Josh Gad and Isla Fisher. She also appeared in the blockbuster San Andreas with Dwayne Johnson.
Claire began her career on stage, performing with many of Australia's leading theatre companies, including Sydney Theatre Company, Melbourne Theatre Company, Queensland Theatre Company, Griffin Theatre, Ensemble Theatre, and Black Swan State Theatre Company. Her self-penned one-woman show River played to sold-out audiences nationwide and earned her the ANZ Blue Room Theatre Award at the Spectrum Now Festival.
Claire was a recipient of the esteemed Mike Walsh Fellowship, which enabled her to study Method Acting at the renowned Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute in New York. Her breakout stage role in The Feather in the Web (Griffin Theatre Company) earned her the 2018 Sydney Theatre Award for Best Female Actor in a Leading Role in a Mainstage Production.
In addition to her screen and stage work, Claire is a prolific voice artist, regularly narrating audiobooks and voicing campaigns for major brands including Youi, Qantas, Airbnb, and Google.
