Kara Flowers

Born and raised in Lyons, Kansas, Kara grew up an athlete, artist and serious tomboy.

At the age of 13 she saw the movie SLAM, starring poet Saul Williams, and turned her attention to the performing arts. Kara started writing and performing original poetry, and gave up sports to compete in Debate and Speech & Drama.

During her high school competition career, Kara earned five state titles and two national semi-finalist titles. Following high school, Kara attended Kansas State University and continued to compete with the Collegiate Speech team. In 2006 Kara moved to Atlanta and attended law school in 2010.

Kara works as a film, television, and commercial actor, model and spokesperson.
