Pratik is the son of legendary cinematographer Late Rajen Kothari. He trained as an actor from The Barry John Acting Studio (Mumbai) following which he actively pursued theatre in English, Hindi and Gujarati languages. Keen to explore films as a medium, Pratik went on to assist many a directors including the legendary Shyam Benegal. Pratik then directed several shorts including 'Grill'. Pratik has directed a handful of web shows and recently made his first feature film. As an actor, Pratik last featured in Love Storiyaan on Prime.
