Richard Switzer is a film producer and director specializing in the packaging, financing, and monetization of independent films. Profiled on Entertainment Tonight in February of 2014, at the age of 18 and as a freshman at the School of Visual Arts in New York City, Switzer produced "A Fatal Obsession" which was shot entirely by a crew of film students. The film was acquired by Lifetime TV and several international territories. Switzer has produced and executive produced over 80 films with stars such as Samuel L. Jackson, Uma Thurman, Mel Gibson, Antonio Banderas, Jean-Claude Van Damme, Don Johnson, and Kelsey Grammer. He has produced, financed, and sold over 40 films for Television and directed nearly a dozen.
