Julian Maroun is an AACTA-nominated Australian actor, recognised for his 2026 nomination for Best Supporting Actor at the AACTA Awards. He stars opposite Richard Roxburgh in The Correspondent (2025), directed by Kriv Stenders and released in cinemas nationwide.
Julian's screen work spans film, television, and streaming, including the Peacock series All Her Fault (2025) , Ladies in Black (ABC, 2024) directed by Gracie Otto, Total Control (ABC), the AACTA-nominated comedy Aftertaste (ABC), Mr Inbetween (Foxtel), Fighting Season (Foxtel/Sky UK), and the Logie Award-winning Romper Stomper (Stan).
Alongside his acting work, Julian is also an AACTA nominated filmmaker and co-founder of The Mad Collab, a Sydney-based creative studio he runs with his sister and producing partner, Daniela Maroun. Their latest film, Dependent, won the CinefestOZ Diversity & Inclusion Award and the LFFAU Panavision $25K Filmmaker Award, and is nominated for Best Short Film at the 2026 AACTA Awards.
