Carlie Mantilla-Jordan

Carlie Mantilla-Jordan is a Latina actress, writer, and director whose work spans Hallmark, Netflix, Amazon, and Apple TV. She is the co-director of the upcoming documentary on Shinjiro Atae, the first J-Pop idol to come out as gay, alongside her husband, John Eliot Jordan. Carlie created, directed, and starred in the original series Your Mom Says Hi! featuring Lily Tomlin and Richard Lewis, and toured nationally as a stand-up comic headlining clubs and universities. Her short Mid-lennial Life Crisis, which she wrote, directed, and starred in, premiered at LA Shorts and has won multiple awards, among them a Los Angeles Film Award and an Indie Fest Film Award.
