Shelley Brietling

Shelley was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pa. She always had a dream of becoming an actress, but also had a calling to become a teacher. After graduating from the Pennsylvania State University with an Education degree and a minor in Theater, she began teaching 7th and 8th grade Reading and English in the North Philadelphia area. Shelley also performed in many Community Theater projects during this time. She decided to take a break from teaching to raise her two sons. When they were in high school, Shelley chose to pursue her dream of acting professionally. For the past eight years, Shelley worked on over 30 commercials, dozens of Industrial's, many Theater productions, modeled on the shopping network: QVC, did Voice-Over work, numerous Television, Web series and Independent films. Shelley just finished filming a lead character in a major Independent film called "Game Day", soon to be distributed world wide. Shelley wants others to know that it is never too late to fulfill a dream and to consider your dreams a gift to be enjoyed and explored. She is proud of the strides she's made and of the hard work and commitment to the craft that she brings to all of her projects.
