Rumana Molla is a Belgo-American writer, director, and actor. She began her career in front of the camera with notable roles in films such as Ek Villain, Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2, and Irada. Transitioning behind the lens, she made a striking debut as a writer-director with Minimum-a cross-cultural drama starring Saba Azad, Namit Das, Geetanjali Kulkarni, Naseeruddin Shah, and herself. The film premiered as the opening title at the UK Asian Film Festival, where she was awarded Best Debut Director.
