Arlyne Spalla Benson originally hails from a cold northern Maine landscape Yet radiates a warmth and cordiality that is captivating. She attended schools K-12 in Presque Isle, Maine. She later moved to Alabama with her parents where she attended and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Auburn University.
Her love of acting was revealed early in life and she was involved in skits, impromptu acting and school performances. Her early professional career was in nursing, fitness training, aerobics class instruction and nutrition counseling. She was also a marathon runner.
As an actress, Arlyne has done a number of independent films and was awarded "Best Female Supporting Actress" at the 2018 World Music and Independent Film Festival.
