Anaiyah Bernier

Born and raised in Vancouver, Anaiyah Bernier is a multi-talented 'triple-threat' entertainer who has worked in television, film and musical theatre as an actress, dancer and singer. Anaiyah is also an accomplished acrobat, having trained at the renowned Vancouver Circus School. She can perform walkovers, cartwheels, jumps, aerial silks, hoops and trapeze. Anaiyah is fluent in English and French, works well with younger children and animals, and has an impressive capacity for rapid memorization of her lines.
Anaiyah's television and film work includes roles in the upcoming Netflix romantic-comedy Always Be My Maybe (2019), starring Keanu Reeves and Daniel Dae Kim; Steven Spielberg's feature The BFG (2016); as well as Twisted Sisters (2016) and several appearances on Shaw Cable's "Club Fuci." She has performed live on stage in musical theatre productions of Legally Blonde (2001), "Crazy For You," Grease (1978), and The Beatles and Michael Jackson Reviews.
In addition, Anaiyah has booked commercial spots for Public Storage, Kaplan University, CVS Pharmacy (Tic Tock), FPSE Open The Doors, American Girl, French Society (Society for Olympics), Payfirma and Compassionate Eye in print for Getty Images.
Anaiyah studied Voice Over and Animation at Goldberg Productions' Workshop for Teens. She is extremely adept at performing special voices, including small children's voices, and is able to scream loudly and cry easily. Anaiyah also trained at Studio One for Commercials and studied On-Camera at Act One Studio. She has had almost a decade of dance training with the NWSS Musical Theatre Program and The Dance Matrix. Anaiyah is proficient in Ballet, Ballet Pointe, Jazz, Tap, Acro, Lyrical, Contemporary, Hip-Hop and Stage.
Anaiyah lives with her parents, older brother James, her two cats Bandit and Beauty and two dogs Oreo and Spot. In addition to dancing, acrobatics, singing and musical theatre, Anaiyah's other passions include animals and photography. An avid and skilled athlete, Anaiyah participates in the following sports: basketball, swimming, ice-skating, hiking, badminton, jumping rope, hurdling, running and sprinting.
