Suzanne Charny

Suzanne is the lead dancer that you see in the scenes from Sweet Charity, especially the night club dance scenes called The Aloof, The Heavyweight and The Big Finish.

[when asked why she gave up acting on screen] I didn't give acting up. It kind of gives you up. The parts got less and less. I either guest-starred or co-starred and didn't want to do small roles that required only one-or-two day shoots so I returned to the theatre. It is difficult when an actress gets older and there are not many parts.
