T'Mi Mason
- Actor
T'Mi Michael Mason is an American actor hailing from Long Branch, New Jersey. At a young age he started taking an interest in performing arts. He learned to play the flute at the age of 6 and then went on to teach himself to play both the piano and the acoustic guitar. Seeing how he was a quick learner and a creative young mind, his mother decided to put him in an after-school program for young performers. He took a liking to the lessons, but after a short while, lost interest. Years later giving it another try, his mother then enrolled Mason into George St Playhouse, a theatre arts program located in the heart of New Brunswick, NJ. It took almost no time for him to realize he did not like drama; he instead preferred TV and film. At just 13 years old, he took the initiative to sign onto LaGuardia Acting Studio in Parsippany, NJ, where he met Joshua Nelson, an actor/acting coach and the director of the institution. There, he learned the basic fundamentals of on-camera performance. With the newly acquired tools, he stuck around for the entirety of his high school career to sharpen them. While attending Franklin High School in Somerset, NJ, he took an elective class, Aspects Video Production, where he learned the operation of a film camera as well as video editing. He would produce short films with classmates and submit them to the Aspects Video Awards (AVAs), an award show honoring young filmmakers. After graduation, he went on to appear in numerous short films and TV series, most notably as Young Apollo in the hit AppleTV series, 'The Changeling' (2023), and CBS' 'East New York' (2022).
