Ava Kostia is an actor, musician (St. Moan), and writer. Most recent credits include HBO's Emmy-nominated feature film "Mountainhead", directed by Jesse Armstrong and starring Steve Carell, Jason Schwartzman, Ramy Youssef, and Cory Michael Smith. She will appear in the upcoming CBS television series "Y: Marshals", directed by Greg Yaitanes with Luke Grimes, Arielle Kebbel, and Gil Birmingham.
Recent theatre work includes the Co-World Premier of Steve Yockey's play "Mercury", the NYC and World Premier of "The Sisters" with SoHo Shakespeare Company, "The Tempest" with the Utah Shakespeare Festival, "Hamlet" with the Colorado Shakespeare Festival, and "A Midsummer Night's Dream" with the Great River Shakespeare Festival.
Ava studied at The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, The Groundlings Theatre & School, and is a certified Consent Forward Artist with IDC. She is represented by Talent Management Group (Vickie@talentmg).
