Greet Verstraete is a Belgian actress. She graduated from the Amsterdam Theatre School in 2008 and works as a freelance actress for theatre, television and film.
She performed at Toneelhuis in plays including De Geruchten and Titus Andronicus. She then appeared in theatre productions at Ro Theater, Ontroerend Goed, Het Paleis, Zeelandia, Muziektheater LOD, KVS, Compagnie Cecilia, Theater Zuidpool and Het Noord Nederlands Toneel.
She has appeared in television series such as De Ronde, Het Goddelijke Monster, Deadline (seasons 1 and 2), Cordon (seasons 1 and 2), Gent West (seasons 1 and 2), De Infiltrant, De Twaalf, De bende van Jan de Lichte and Beau Séjour 2. For her role in Beau Séjour 2, she was nominated for an Ensor Award in 2022.
She has also appeared in films such as Belgica by Felix Van Groeningen, Muidhond by Patrice Toye, Holly by Fien Troch and J'aime la vie by Mathias Sercu. She was also nominated for an Ensor Award in 2025 for her role in J'aime la vie.
In 2026, she will appear in Foley Man by Frank van Passel, The Assignment by Patrice Toye and Vero Forever, a new series for Play 4.
