Juan Marcos Tripolone is a musician, actor and writer. His works have been published in newspapers, magazines, books and web sites. He writes about technology, economics, innovation; and tales and poetry of humor, love, philosophy and horror. His writings come from his multifaceted life experiences as an entrepreneur, musician, teacher, comedian, actor, journalist, writer and painter in Argentina and Chile. He was the author and editor of the technological supplement "Menu" of Diario de Cuyo, a columnist for Cinco Ruedas - El Diario del Inversor Bursátil, Diario Clave and Diario de Rawson. He was a co-author on 13 scientific papers on cardiac mechanics. He was part of various musical bands as a drummer, guitarist, pianist, accordionist and vocalist (exCondenados, Viejo Smoking, Julid and Café Society), and performed in the Stars Academy musical comedy company. As an actor, he participated in various films in Chile and Argentina. He is a singer-songwriter, and has released tree albums, "Eclecticismo conjetural", "Disco Insanity!" and "Soliloquios de piano", and five singles, "Simplemente morir" (co-authored with the freestyler Andruuh), "Zamba del corazoncito", "First person horror", "Vacuum tubes" and "Sensually aroused" . In 2019 he published his first stories book "El museo de vocablos", and in 2021 his first poetry book "Puntos de no retorno" and his second book of stories, "Una residencia inmanente". He hosts the radio program "El aprendiz de sabio", about art and philosophy. His oil and watercolor paintings are featured on Saatchi Art and his humorous videos on the YouTube channel El Super Camarón. He is professor of the Business Policy at Universidad de Congreso and Databases at Unversidad Católica de Cuyo. The artistic photographs of him illustrate the aforementioned collection of his poems. Also, one of his photographs illustrates the cover of the book "Política científica, interdisciplina y derechos humanos" by Javier Flax. He was chosen as a finalist in the International Essay Contest "Pensar el siglo XXI". As a film actor, he participated in the cast of the film "Sarmiento: un acto inolvidable" (Argentina, 2009) in the role of a university student, in "Tormento" (Santiago, Chile, 2018) in the role of Héctor (coach of boxing), in "Isaac" (Short film, Santiago, Chile, 2018) in the role of Ariel (university professor), and in "El caca" (Santiago, Chile, 2018) in the role of gymnastics teacher, among other films.
