In 1996 Stephen stated Island Medcal Training Centre and Manx First Aid to provide first aid training and event medical services both on and of the Isle of Man.
In 1998 Manx Fist Aid started providing Set Medics and Medical Services for entertainment and production sectors.
Since 2012 Stephen no longer provides any Medical services due to his poor health and disabilty caused by CRPS.
In July 2022 Stephen became an advisor on disability access to the Isle of Man Governments Department of Infrastructure
