Marat Khusnullin is a Russian statesman. Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation. Candidate of Economic Sciences.
In 1983, he entered the Kazan State Financial and Economic Institute (KSFEI), but a year later he was drafted into the army. In 1990, he graduated from KSFEI with a degree in economics. In 2000, he underwent retraining at the Open University of Great Britain in the specialty 'Professional Management'. Since 2006 - Candidate of Economic Sciences. Speaks Russian, Tatar and English languages.
