Paul Moore - Actor, Producer, Director and Acting Coach:
Paul Moore is an Australian actor, producer, and director based in Geelong, Victoria, known for his authentic storytelling and grounded screen presence.
Paul first gained national recognition for his portrayal of Wes Fitzpatrick in Channel Seven's hit series "Winners & Losers", appearing in more than 50 episodes across multiple seasons. His performance balanced humour and humanity, earning him a loyal audience and solidifying his reputation as one of Australia's most relatable screen actors.
In 2016, Moore co-created, produced, and starred in the independent workplace comedy "Rostered On" - a grassroots project filmed in Geelong that became one of the first Australian YouTube series ever acquired by Netflix. As both executive producer and lead actor, Paul helped guide the series from local success to global streaming distribution, later airing nationally on 7Mate. Rostered On has since achieved cult status as a raw, authentic look at retail life and modern Australian comedy.
Beyond scripted work, Paul also produced and starred in "Random Aussies", a non-scripted adventure series that follows three mates travelling around Australia capturing real stories, humour, and connection on the road. The series highlights his love of storytelling, travel, and everyday Australian character.
In addition to his screen work, Paul is the founder of Moore Acting Instinct - a Geelong-based studio dedicated to helping actors develop emotional truth, confidence, and professional discipline. He mentors emerging performers across Australia, focusing on audition preparation, screen acting technique, and mindset training. Many of his students have gone on to secure roles in television, film, and commercial productions.
Paul is currently preparing to release his first feature film, continuing his mission to produce authentic, character-driven Australian stories. His creative philosophy is rooted in self-growth and artistic honesty, often expressed through his guiding mottos:
"It's the work you put in when no one's watching that matters most." "Actions speak louder than words."
Moore continues to expand his career as a writer, producer, and mentor, developing film and television projects that bridge humour, heart, and truth. Whether performing on screen, leading a crew, or guiding students in class, Paul Moore's work reflects a lifelong commitment to craft, storytelling, and the art of human connection.
