She is sometimes confused with older actress Jia Song, due to their identical Chinese name, Song Jia. She was nicknamed 'Xiao Song Jia' ("younger Song Jia"), to distinguish her from Jia Song, who was herself nicknamed 'Da Song Jia' ("older Song Jia").
