Robert Larrivière is an actor, writer, and director with more than thirty years of experience in film, television, and regional theatre. He trained in theater at Northwestern State University in Louisiana and later studied improv at The Groundlings in Los Angeles. He made his feature debut opposite Michael Douglas in Beyond a Reasonable Doubt (2009) and has since built a body of work that spans drama, comedy, and genre projects.
In addition to his on-camera work, Robert continues to grow his career as a filmmaker. His first film, the short This Is Jan, which he wrote, directed, and produced, showcases his focus on intimate, performance-driven queer stories and has earned recognition on the festival circuit. He is developing new projects that further blend his experience as an actor with his work behind the camera.
Robert lives in New Orleans with his husband, casting director Ryan Glorioso, and one very spoiled rescue pup.
