Christopher Paul Taylor was born on May 29th 1981 in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, UK to parents Paul and Julie Taylor.
Chris originally pursued a creative career in animation/illustration, wanting a career as a graphic novelist, but with his passion for writing and film, it wasn't long before he truly realized a career within the film industry was his true calling in 2002.
In the following years, with numerous works optioned, Chris went on to edit a number of independent feature and short scripts both in the US and UK, covering a variety of genres with varied success, but it wasn't until 2007 that Chris decided to first produce his own material with his short film, A Cruel Game. After this success, he was driven on to produce again and went from strength to strength as a filmmaker.
It was in early 2008 that Chris was introduced to both UK born actor, Dean Jagger and his brother, director, Ben Jagger with whom he was to collaborate with on several projects and forge a strong and healthy working bond. It is with both these aspiring filmmakers that the future looks bright for the boys from the North.
