Ramin Setoodeh is Variety's Executive Editor and the author of The New York Times best-selling book "Ladies Who Punch: The Explosive Inside Story of 'The View.'" He has written more than 50 cover stories for Variety on everyone from Lady Gaga to Ryan Coogler, Leonardo DiCaprio and Gwyneth Paltrow. In 2018, Setoodeh was named entertainment journalist of the year by the LA Press Club. He previously worked as a senior writer for Newsweek and The Daily Beast.
