The star of Marvel’s Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings will play “Mary’s Teacher” in Cole Escola’s comedic play starting Feb. 3 for performances through April 21. Liu will play opposite John Cameron Mitchell as Mary Todd Lincoln.

In addition to his Marvel credit, Liu has appeared in Barbie, in the television show Kim’s Convenience and The Copenhagen Test.

The 35-year-old actor made a rare red carpet appearance with girlfriend Courtney Salviolo at the premiere of his new movie The Housemaid on Monday night (December 15) held at the Tcl Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles.

For the big event, Brandon wore a black suit with a white tank shirt while Courtney donned a black dress.

Courtney is a personal trainer and nutritionist who shares fitness and health tips on her Instagram account, The Uncommon Balance.
