I don't know about this other comment but I loved the show. I still think about it all the time. I always wished that I could be on when I was little. And the way the kids that weren't being interviewed vanished into the sparkly abyss was perfection. I think that the show was WAY ahead of it's time. I am still waiting impatiently for them to re-make this gem. Too often children are underestimated in their ability to successfully capture an audience of their own peers. This show was a winning mix of game and reality-show sibling rivalry genius. I tip my hat to the creators. The newlywed show never captured my attention, but "I'm Telling" just made sense.
This is perhaps the best game show that has ever aired (Masters of the Maze at a close 2nd). Laurie Faso is purely genius, and it is no wonder that he is a Columbia graduate in psychology. His well crafted art of juvenile manipulation an degradation reaches a pinnacle at this point in his career. My favorite episode is probably the one with Cliffy, who claims that it was "dad [who] got...the red robe" for his frightened little sister. In brief: Pure Gold.
I actually saw reruns of this show as a kid on the Family Channel (now known as Freeform). Hosted by actor Laurie Faso (who I best know as the voice of Raphael in TMNT II: The Secret Of The Ooze), this game show is indeed a kids' version of The Newlywed Game, as it has three teams of two siblings (mostly brother and sister, although there are special episodes that have all brothers or sisters, or even have child stars from NBC prime time shows at the time teaming with their real-life siblings), main game is two rounds, with the first round being the sisters telling things about their brothers and the second round being the reverse, with the brothers telling about their sister. When each round begins, the sibling the question is about is teleported into the isolation zone (or iso zone for short) so they won't hear the answers, as when they come back, they have to match the answer. The team with the most points moves on to the Pick-A-Prize arcade, where each sibling has chosen six of the twenty prizes (ten for boys, and ten for girls), and it's up to the other sibling to try to match them, with ten matches awarding the two all twenty prizes.
Yeah, it's an okay show. The best parts is when the kids don't match the answers, as it leads to arguing (and often times, leads to the two socking each other, which causes Laurie to tell them not to do that, as the show has a no socking rule). This is a neat short-lived kids' game show.

As much as I hate to admit it, I was actually dumb enough to watch this heinous show. I was only 6 or 7 at the time, by the way. And if you asked me what I thought of it, I'd pretty much tell you to imagine "The Newlywed Game" on acid. The people who created this show were obviously die-hard fans of "The Newlywed Game", and they must've been smoking something really, really powerful in order to put this BS on the air. And I'll bet poor Chuck Barris (he created "The Newlywed Game", "The Dating Game" & "The Gong Show") was spitting nails when he saw this. The only highlight was watching those little brats argue when one of them mismatched his or her sibling's answer. I just wish Laurie What's-His-Name (AKA the poor man's Greg Brady) would've let them duke it out in the parking lot, and I also believe this is why we have such stupid shows polluting the airwaves today. Oh well, as long as the brainiacs at Fox don't get the rights to and make a remake of this piece of horse manure.
I loved this show! I remember watching it and wishing I had a brother or a sister just so I could play. My favorite part was at the end when they had to pick the toys. It was kind of a kids version of newlywed game which is kinda weird. I loved watching brothers and sisters together. I hated being an only child. This show let me watch how they acted with each other. Imagine winning all those toys at the end! A dream come true. I bet they fought over all the stuff after they won, especially if they had other siblings. Anyways this was a great show and I wish they had a modernized version of it. Someone should read this and create one. Nowadays siblings can be really really close..or opposite and hate each other.
