Recap with a Short Adventure
"Hercules in the Maze of the Minotaur" (1994) is a movie that could have been great, but it is not. The recap of the four others movies is boring and unnecessary, reducing the adventure of Hercules in the maze of the Minotaur to a short story that deserved more. This is the last movie of the series of five and unfortunately deserves a lower rating. Now the adventures of Hercules has finally settled down. My vote is six.
Title (Brazil): "Hércules no Labirinto do Minotauro" ("Hercules in the Maze of the Minotaur")
too many flashbacks spoil it
My Grade: C-
Closest to the series
Good, but it could have been great
Clip Shows? WTF
No, this one however, they just sit in a damn cave and laugh. Worst than stupid, that would be a 3 or a 4 out of 10.
This is a 1 out of 10. I'll take stupid over this.

- TriviaRenee O'Connor's first appearance in the Hercules universe was in the TV movie "Hercules and the Lost Kingdom" as Deianira, which contains a scene where a sea serpent was devouring her and Hercules. Since that scene is included in the opening introduction in this movie, the previous four movies, and the subsequent TV series, this does effectively put Renee in every episode of Hercules.
- GoofsIn the bar, Iolaus tells a story, in clip show format, to someone who doesn't believe that Hercules is Hercules. However, the story he tells didn't take place, as Iolaus died and Hercules went back in time preventing the events in the flashback from ever occurring.
- Quotes
Hercules: [angry villagers are banging at the inn door; Hercules runs into the room where Iolaus is sleeping] Iolaus! Wake up! Now!
Iolaus: Can't we talk about this tomorrow?
Hercules: No!
[he throws a bag in Iolaus' face]
Hercules: We got trouble.
Iolaus: Good trouble?
Hercules: Bad trouble.
Iolaus: Little trouble?
Hercules: Big trouble.
