Continuity

When Ryu and Ken knock out Bison's Torturer, they are not wearing gloves. The next scene when they enter the torture room, they are wearing gloves.
When Dr Dhalsim checks on Carlos Blanca in the lab chamber and removes, then replaces, the video goggles, Blanca's skin is still normal, although his hair has turned orange and is chin-length. In the close-up shot immediately afterwards, Blanca's skin is green and his hair is down to his shoulders.
When Honda slaps Zangief's face, Zangief is wearing a tank top, though he previously wasn't wearing a top. In the very next scene, when Honda and Zangief resume fighting, Zangief is again not wearing the tank top.
When Col. Guile boards his stealth speedboat, he is alone on the dock with the A.N. officials, who are blocking the gangway. Cammy and Hawk are already on the boat. When he starts the motors, the boat is untied and kicked away from the dock by two soldiers who weren't there in the previous shots.
When E.Honda is ready to fight Zangief we see Honda's Hawaiian shirt worn on one side of his shoulder, the camera is then shown to Zangief and back to Honda he takes off his shirt but he takes of the one that was meant to be bare a few seconds earlier.

Factual errors

When Balrog analyses the signal from the second tracking device, he says "it's aimed right back here". Tracking devices broadcast, rather than aiming their signal at a destination, because the whole point of them is that they don't know where they are going to be.
The pronunciation of characters' names in this movie are phonetically inaccurate in terms of their own countries' native languages. For instance, Japanese character Ryu's name is mispronounced as "RY-yoo" when it should be "RYOO".

Revealing mistakes

While Guille watches a video of him, Blanca and their wives, the Brazilian flag stitched on Blanca's uniform is clearly upside down.
In the scene where Ryu and Ken are confronted by Chun-Li, Balrog and E. Honda; Chun-Li pulls a knife on Ryu. In the ensuing commotion the knife brushes Ryu's arm and it bends, clearly showing that it is a prop knife.
When Ken kicks Victor Sagat back and knocks him against a stone pillar, the pillar visibly wobbles when Sagat bounces off of it.
When Zangief and E. Honda wrestle, the two fall through a hole in the ground. Instead of breaking through the ground (which was intended) the two clearly rip through a tarp.
When the prisoners break out, and Ken shoots Guile, Sagat nods in approval, but he could not have seen it happen - Guile was in front of the truck, Ken was leaning out of the back, firing forwards, and Sagat was in the covered rear of the truck, looking backwards.

Audio/visual unsynchronised

When Chun-li says Bison's ammunitions are about to be blown "sky high" her lips don't match her words.
When Chun-Li tries to grab the microphone from Guile after he flipped off Bison on live television, you can hear her say "what are you doing?", though her lips are not moving. The same thing happens to Guile soon after when he says "you wanted me on TV, I'm on TV now. Leave it!"

Crew or equipment visible

During the scene with Chun-Li and Bison. After Bison calls her "harmless," they fight briefly. When she smashes him into the small glass light on the floor, the glass hits the backdrop cloth, briefly revealing what appears to be a fire extinguisher attached to the soundstage wall.
Guile shoots one of Bison's troopers who falls off the platform. A rope holding him can clearly be seen.
