Jon Voight and Keenen Ivory Wayans in Most Wanted (1997)

Goofs

Most Wanted

Edit

Continuity

When Dunn says "I'm a marine, we don't plan, we improvise", the pack that he is wearing on his back from the scene before is missing. The pack returns in the next shot.
When the doctors house is blown up they exit in a car that completely exits the garage before it blows up but in the next scene they are shown exiting the garage again.

Factual errors

The plan for Gunnery Sergeant Dunn (Keenen Ivory Wayans) to fire a bullet made of ice is pure Hollywood. If you could manage to mount a bullet made of ice in a shell casing & chamber it in a rifle, when you fired it, the shock & heat generated from the gunpowder in the shell casing would destroy the ice bullet before it even got to the end of the barrel. The Mythbusters TV show actually tried it & the ice bullet just vaporized.
A single briefcase of cash exchanged in the final scenes could not possibly hold the agreed amount of $5 Mio; they'd need at least five of them.
Dunn uploads a file from an Apple Powerbook in "C:\", which would be appropriate for a DOS/Windows system.
At approximately 21:30, Paul Sorvino"s character said that Dunn had been on death row and was being transferred to Leavenworth leading to the impression that is where death row was. There is no death row at Fort Leavenworth. The U. S. Disciplinary Barracks has no death row.
The entire army unit of Casey's is all a hoax I'm almost certain that anyone would have called ahead to confirm there presence and reason for being authorized to conduct the apprehension of a an assassin of the the First Lady especially when they set up shop at the police precinct no questions are asked just follow anything they say..

Revealing mistakes

Towards the end of the film, during the explosion on top of the building, the "air rams", used to project the stuntmen into the air, are visible.

Miscellaneous

The whole idea of the First Lady being shot is pretty laughable Secret Service Snipers and local PD swat would be on every building within 10 miles of the location every building and secret hiding place would be scouted and secured of any dangers so the idea of outside snipers from another agency getting a shot off and killing the First Lady is pretty hilarious..
In the elevator scene when Dunn and Casey are fighting it's discovered that the lab top key Casey's been hiding is buried in the decaying scar tissue on his left forearm this is almost laughable if a person had a wound of this magnitude and the flesh is decaying an infection would have long started and the person would be dead there's no way you would have been able to stick your fingers in there and the person is not sick from a staff infection and on the verge of death..

Crew or equipment visible

When Dunn parachutes off the building, he passes right in front of a bank of film lights on a crane.

Character error

When typing Constantini's name into the computer, Dunn types Costantini. This may be an error, or he may simply have forgotten how to spell her name.
When Dunn is trying to log in to the hospital's computer, he starts typing Shaun, then changes it to Sean. He never tried Shaun or Shawn, which most likely one of them would have worked and given him access, and there was no reason not to try them.
