I saw this short film at the "Sidewalk Moving Picture Festival" in Birmingham, AL. I didn't go out of my way to see it or anything, but came accross it accidently. I was very pleased I did, though. Being a Josh Hartnett fan, it was incredible to see some of his earlier work. The film in itself is wonderful. The speed, colors, and story were great. A short film about a crazy teen trying to figure out the perfect insurance scam left me in awe. I recommend this film to everyone who enjoys "out of the ordinary" moives.

Not quite like anything I've ever seen before, Josh Harnett took me on this journey through anger and pain to somehow come out on the other side free.

He plays a kid riddled with the fear and confusion which seems to surround us all at this time. His struggle is gut wrenching, and he does it with such truth and beauty. I too am glad that it's finally available to be seen.

I am sure the writer and director had good intentions. This short film is about a car ride in Los Angeles, California. There is a lot going on but unexplained. I didn't get the purpose of the film itself. Most short films are done by film students for their film projects. This film goes fast and makes little sense. I don't get the purpose of the story about young people in a car cruising the freeways in Los Angeles, California. Perhaps the film is about life in the fast lane one night. I watched this film on a DVD entitled "American Breakdown" with other short films about life in America. The film is about fifteen minutes and makes no sense to me when it is over.

if you have been bitterly toiling over the dead end task of telling yourself it's all okay;

if you feel most comfortable when surrounded by carping toadies;

if your best argument is to raise your voice to drown out opinions you disagree with;

if you are proud to swallow the pack of prime time lies served up with their delicious theme toons;

if you volunteer for community service in order to pump yourself up by brow-beating the weak;

if you pride yourself on your dogmatic blinkers;

if you take any criticism to be a fearful attack on your infantile narcissistic world;

if you confuse shooting fish in a barrel with a higher spiritual practice;

if you hate anyone who doesn't feel, talk or look the way they're supposed to;

if you live to decorate your rut;

THEN DO NOT WATCH THIS FILM.

ok- this movie is outstanding!!! Its so unreal with what you can do with 15 minutes!!!!! Josh Hartnett just makes the finishing touches on the movie!! I think everyone should make a point to see this movie, because it is something very different and unique than all the other teeny-bop movies! Its a great movie for all ages! I hope you all liked it as much as I did! -Cheryl
