plot has issues
Sarah (Shannen Doherty) is attacked by crazed Theodore Gray (Peter Outerbridge). It's ten years later and Gray is up for parole. Sarah is still haunted by the attack and is married to Michael Reynolds in Boston. As a police sketch artist, she draws a suspect who closely resembles Michael. The victim runs into Michael and he's arrested. Evidence is found at their home. Sarah uncovers a frame up job.
The problem is that it's unlikely for her police detective friend to not believe her or the height difference. The other issue is that the attack doesn't need to happen. A victim could be had to point the finger at Michael directly without an attack. In that way, the height discrepancy wouldn't even be an issue. There are lots issues with the premise that needs ironing out. Doherty is a good victim and Outerbridge is a good creep. The husband needs a better actor. This is functional as another woman-in-danger movie even if it has many issues.

Enjoyable TV movie
I was surprised that I liked this- I wasn't quite expecting it to be good, but the main actors are all talented, so that helped.
It's pretty standard TV movie fare, but it held my attention and was good to see Shannen Doherty. Hard to believe she's no longer with us. Peter Outerbridge is fantastic as the creepy stalker- he's always a joy to watch and honestly the art work in it was really striking. Might not play great with younger generations since the tech in it is quite dated (pagers!) but for 80s/90s teens it'll be a minor trip down memory lane.
Altogether, not a bad way to spend 90 minutes in a Saturday afternoon.

Shannen Doherty was Outstanding
Always liked Shannen Doherty and in this film she really put her heart and soul into her role and showed what a great talent she really has to offer Hollywood. Shannen plays (Sarah Reynolds),"Another Day" TV, 01, who is married and seems to be drifting a part from her husband who wants children, but Sarah is just not quite ready for the patter of little feet around the home. The film starts right from the beginning with lots of violence and manages to have a story that never seems to end. The plot has many twists and turns, people go to jail who are innocent and the guilty seem to be release in order to start more torture and death. Shannen Doherty looked very sexy and attractive in this film and I only wish Shannen would get her act together in real life, so we can look forward to more of her acting career and great talents.
The Sketch Artist and the Psychopath
This film begins with art student "Sarah Reynolds" (Shannen Doherty) leaving class one night when she is attacked by a serial rapist named "Theodore Gray" (Peter Outerbridge). He nearly kills her with a knife before a guard chases him away. Theodore is tried and convicted largely because of her testimony, and he is sentenced to 25 years in prison, while Sarah remains haunted by the violent event for years afterward. Despite this, she eventually remarries and spends her free time helping catch other criminals by working as a sketch artist for the local police department. One day, while trying to assist the victim of an attempted rape, she draws a face that closely resembles her husband, "Michael Reynolds" (John H. Brennan). Frightened she might have married someone capable of such a crime, she confronts him immediately, which causes an argument that worsens their relationship. Not long after, when she comes home from work, she finds her husband has been arrested, and during a search of their house, they find evidence directly connected to the attack on the woman she had tried to sketch for hours earlier. Unsure of whether she should believe her husband or not, she then learns that Theodore Gray wants her to visit him in prison--and he has something important to say. Now, rather than reveal any more, I will just say that this was an okay crime drama, mainly due to the solid performances by all the actors mentioned earlier. Admittedly, it was somewhat hampered by the made-for-television format and the somewhat unrealistic plot, but still, it managed to pass the time, and I rated it accordingly.
Truly mediocre
The premise could have been interesting but oof- this movie had so many issues.
From the knock off Hannibal Lecter-esque bad guy, to Shannon Doughertys wooden acting, and a married couple with perhaps the least amount of chemistry I've seen since watching The Room, this movie is the epitome of mediocrity.

- TriviaWhen Sarah Reynolds (Shannen Doherty) confronts Theodore Gray at his studio in the last scene of the film, a paint of Shannen as Prue Halliwell (her character in the "Charmed" TV series) can be seen in the background.
- GoofsWhen Theodore messages Sarah, the message is from "Theodor" without the "e."
