(at around 1h 19 mins) When Cody tells the music prodigies that they are secret agents, Cody stands Berkhamp on his head. While he is on his head his suit coat is on correctly, but in the next shot when he is falling to the floor, it is on backwards.
(at around 34 mins) When the dog is pouring a drink into a glass when under mind control, the glass is full to the brim with excess filling over. Then, when the dog goes over to play the piano; the glass is now empty. Then, in subsequent scenes the glass is full once again.
When the scene demonstrating the power of the mind control device on the dog, the dog pours the drink and goes to play the piano, in between takes, the drink appears and reappears on the table.
(at around 19 mins) When the agents first get on the London Eye, Cody starts to read a newspaper and they are low to the ground. While Cody is still reading the headline, in the very next shot they are high up in the sky.

Factual errors

In the scene at the front desk at the lab you can see the security guard is eating lays potato chips. In reality, they would be branded Walkers Crisps in the UK, not Lays.

Audio/visual unsynchronised

(at around 1h) When Diaz is shooting his missiles in the water storage area, the sound of breaking glass can be heard, despite the fact that the bottles are plastic.
(at around 1h 21 mins) At the start of the concert at the Palace, the trumpet sound is a , while the actor is playing an unmuted instrument.

Crew or equipment visible

(at around 58 mins) During the chase through the city between Banks and Diaz, the camera and dolly are visible for a split second as we pan past a glass building.

Character error

(at around 1h 18 mins) After Cody tells the music prodigies that they are secret agents, a couple of prodigies sarcastically say that they are Spider-Man, Lara Croft, etc. Sabeen says she is Waheed Murad, a famous Indian actor. However, Waheed Murad was Pakistani, not Indian.
