    Sun, Feb 5, 2006
Someone has iced Elaine and Shelly is not pleased. She makes everyone stay behind until someone owns up. As, Justine was with Shelly doing homework, Justine is allowed to leave but she becomes interrogator. Justine believes it was Rebecca and notes everyone's reasons for wanting to get back at Elaine. Rebecca's motive is that Elaine walked into her and made Rebecca spill her drink, ruining her new dress. Rebecca said about Rio and Roxy's motive which was that they were annoyed with Elaine as she was calling them special and that they were never going to be fostered. Then Jackie, Crash and Layla told them about Elaine eating a bit of their cake. Then, Marco lets slip about Elaine annoying him and Milly. It turned out that Elaine stole their treasure whilst they were playing a game of Pirates. Alice is in the room but not asked for a motive as they all agree that she is too nice to play a trick on Elaine. Then, Justine asks for alibis. Rio and Roxy had been letting down the tyres on Elaine's car. Crash, Jackie and Layla had already got their revenge on Elaine as they put something in the 2nd slice of cake that Elaine wouldn't like. Rebecca says that Crash was helping her with English homework. Then, Justine tests some weapons. The first weapon is a icing squirter which Jackie tests. Rio is the target but the icing squirter hardly quirts anywhere. The next weapon is Rio and Roxy's but despite Roxy aiming the weapon at Crash, it is clearly not the weapon used. Then, Marco and Milly's weapon is tested showering Rio in icing. It is obvious that Marco and Milly are the criminals. But Marco has an alibi as well saying that they were hiding their treasure from Elaine. So Justine is very confused. It then turns out that it was Alice who iced Elaine because she wanted Alice to be fostered by a family who didn't believe in fairies and was told by Roxy that actions speak louder than words even though Roxy doesn't know that Alice was going to ice Elaine. Alice said that if she iced Elaine, she would be grounded and wouldn't be able to see the family. None of the kids want Alice to be punished alone as they all know what Shelly is like so when Shelly asks for who did it to step forward Alice steps forward and so does everyone else so Alice is surprised. They are all grounded and Shelly tells Justine to leave but Justine doesn't want to go because she would be bored the next day. So when she leaves, she turns off the light and ices Shelley meaning she is grounded. This episode shows that they all cared for Alice and that they didn't want her to be punished alone.
