Mary throws a party to celebrate the fact that she and Angela have been running the shop together for fifteen years and takes the opportunity to ask Alan to go out with her again but he declines as he is now dating Holly. Alan is also exempt but frustrated as it means he is unable to have sex with Mary before going on leave.
