I've watched this episode several times in the past. And I've been falsely accused many times in the past. Not a lot but a few times. And I understand that Drake being falsely accused was unfair and unjust. And if I was Drake's lawyer like from Law and Order, I would have a conversation with his teacher and say to her, "Miss Hafer, just because you hate Drake very much doesn't mean you can accuse him of stealing your car. And since I'm Drake's lawyer, I'm willing to prove you and the prosecuting lawyer that you're both wrong. If you want to take it up in court, go ahead but Drake and I are going to prove you 2 wrong and find out who was the real culprit."

I've been falsely accused of minor issues but nothing major and never led to school court. If I was accused of something major in high school, I would hire a well certified lawyer and have enough evidence that I'm innocent and point out to the real guilty one.
