Guest star George Eads went on to star in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (2000). Two of his co-stars in that show have had recurring roles on ER (1994) - Marg Helgenberger in Season 2, and Jorja Fox in Seasons 3 to 5.

Goofs
At around the 29:21 mark, when Dr. Corday is pulling the intubation tube from her patient's throat, she places her hand in such a way that it covers the entire mouth. When she pulls the tube, you can see the bulge under sleeve change as she's actually pulling the tube forward and up to give the illusion it's coming from her patient's throat.
