After watching this episode, I can say with all honesty that Debra truly is the worst wife! In this episode she forces Ray to work from home, however, Debra thinks this means Ray will be able to help her around the house as well. What does she need help around the house for? This is just one example in a long list of why Debra is the worst TV wife ever! I always felt that the writers must have hated Debra's character as no one would write story lines like this, unless they were actively trying to make the audience hate her. What Debra's character doesn't seem to understand is that Ray shouldn't have to help her around the house as he WORKS FOR A LIVING, unlike Debra who is home all day and shouldn't need that much help. What I always found to be somewhat of a double standard in their marriage is, you would never hear Ray nagging Debra to help him with his column. Because that would be ridiculous! And it is ridiculous that Deb nags Ray all the time about helping around the house. She is a housewife, that is her job. And she should be proud of that, but she seems to feel that her family and children are more of a chore than things to be enjoyed. She is the most pathetic character in TV history.
