This episode SHOULD HAVE aired after SURVIVAL!

That being said, glad to see exchange between Erskine, Colby and Daniels in this episode! Check it out at your leisure.

The FBI in search of an escaped Animal.

Ben Sillman (Gary Lockwood), nicknamed 'The Animal', is a guy who is on trial for his infamy. He's a heartless assassin...and quite good at his work. During a break in the procedures, he asks to use the restroom. There is a hidden gun there...and he soon uses it to shoot a cop and run. But all of his so-called 'friends' are nowhere to be seen and when he calls them for help, he's met with silence. So, Ben is forced to work it out on his own and he makes contact with a crook who will sneak him out of the country (Peter Mark Richmond)...for a price. But as the heat on Ben increases, so does the price for his escape. To help his odds, he kidnaps a woman to use as a hostage (Meg Foster). Can the Bureau manage to catch him AND save the victim?

This is a good episode. I particularly likes seeing John Ragin ('Astin' from "Quincy") playing a villain..something most unusual for him. Well worth seeing and in many ways reminscent of an episode just two before this one, "The Betrayal".
