What the fup....

Old Grey Whistle Theft is perhaps the most surreal of all Father Ted episodes, if is bonkers from the off. Dougal has gotten friendly with the cool, but wayward Father Damien, and a whistle is stolen.

Even the summary is bonkers, it's not a favourite of mine, but it still has some very funny moments, it's a good one for Dougal, and definitely a good one for Mrs Doyle, who gets some wonderfully zany moments.

Nice to see John and Mary back, such a warm, loving couple, but even they seemed normal compared to the crazy picnic couple.

Zany, good humour, 7/10.
