    Shipment to Beirut

Max has got word of secret plans being smuggled out of Richelieu's fashion salon. After spending $2,200 on high couture dresses thanks to the accidental dropping of key words by the first two models, then i of ordering a full-scale raid on the salon only to find that the girl who gave him information had been turned into a mannequin by being sprayed with a plastic solution and killed by suffocation, his chief suspends him from active duty.

To help Smart 99 is goes undercover as a model - deprived of his CONTROL equipment he has to borrow hers - cologne radio, hairbrush gun etc. - which enables him to save the plans and prevent his winsome colleague from being turned into a mannequin.

Who? Where? Why? Another good episode set in a boutique with Smart getting reprimanded by his chief for calling for an all out raid on the premises (very costly) and claiming that the informer spoke to him, but is now a mannequin! Of course, Agent 99 arrives to help Smart prove that the boutique is a dodgy place and plans to ship plans to Beirut!
