Trivia
Beginning with season 2, the ABC network's website started running a segment which explained the science behind the patients' cases. For example, it explains in detail why in the episode Into You Like a Train (2005), the patients that had a pole running through them could not be easily separated, and exactly what their injuries were in layman's terms.
