      Twelve Angry Men

Galton and Simpson parody Sidney Lumet's movie 12 Angry Men. Does Magna Carta mean nothing to you?

For Tony and Sid, trouble starts at the courtroom. Tony is the foreman of the jury. He cannot help winding up the judge, egged on by Sid.

When it comes to jury deliberations. Tony is convinced that the defendant is innocent. Sid is happy for the allowance the jurors get.

It is a case of getting the other jurors to switch sides. One of them is a newlywed, another has a farm to deal with.

Hancock's Half Hour was always blessed with strong writing. Also Hancock just knew how to elevate the script even though it was obvious that he is reading cue cards.

Despite that, he still fluffs a few lines. Not sure if that was deliberate.

For the time, I can understand why this episode would be hilarious. It still is even though that movie has been parodied so much.
