Gritty and dramatic

Hawaii 5-0 had a run during Season 6 of intricately planned criminal conspiracies, but they also had a few episodes like this ... just gritty, brutal crimes.

Here a mob boss, and evidently the island of Oahu had more of those than New York, New Jersey, and Chicago put together, has found out a bagman is skimming. So he has him killed in a newsworthy fashion. Set an example.

Unfortunately for a night cook. He's on the scene to witness the murder and drops a clue which could help the hit man find him. Boc, the crime boss, insists he cleans up the details

For the cook and his young family (wife and baby), they're caught in the middle. Can 5-0 find the witness before the killer does?

Goofs
An average person run about 15 to 18 MPH, and yet the man manages to stay ahead of the speeding car which can't close the distance between them for the entire length of the parking lot, about 200 feet.
