    A Naked 502

(*Officer Malloy to Mr. Simmins quote*) - "You know you made an illegal turn back there."

Yep. It looks like yet another busy day for Officers Reed and Malloy.

From dealing with a naked, drunk motorist, to a 10-year-old boy who's out on a spending spree after finding $21,000 in cash - Officers Reed and Malloy sure have their job cut out for them.

    • Trivia
Sidney Miller reprises a role he had done three years earlier in The Bookie (1967) of Dragnet 1967 (1967), that of the hopelessly inebriated Jay Simmons. In both shows, Simmons is about to drive drunk or has just done so; he mentions traveling to Pismo Beach and its clams; and refers to "that dirty little Ernie" (whoever that is). However, unlike his appearance here, when he meets Joe Friday in Dragnet, he is not naked. The character originated in the 1950 Dragnet radio episode "The Big Chance" and its 1954 TV remake.
    • Goofs
When the supposedly naked man starts to get out of the car, you can see that the actor is actually wearing a pair of shorts.
    • Quotes
