    • Trivia
The Francis subplot was originally going to be about him getting lost in the woods and getting rescued by a "Unabomber"-esque nutcase (played by Stacy Keach). The nutcase has Francis read his manifesto, assuming it's too crazy. However after Francis reads it, he tells the nutcase it was great and that he should continue to follow his dreams. The subplot was filmed and ready to be aired, but the September 11th attacks caused it to be pulled. In its place, a new subplot was made where Francis spends a few days in a small Alaskan jail watching the soap opera-esque theatrics of the staff and locals. Despite being scrapped, Hulu's description for this episode still mentions the original subplot. The footage (as well as the script) of the initial subplot has never been released publicly.
    • Goofs
In the opening sequence Reese walks out of the house 'naked' apart from two woks. One in front of his hips, the other to the rear. There is a brief flash of underwear seen on his left hip.
