Tsk !Tsk! Miss Bundy, two viewer complaints and you would be canceled!

I would in a minute go to the TV theme park where Kelly gets a job after her modeling school closes down. It actually moved but the models can't read the directions. So she finds herself at TV land park feeding the plastic ducks. She finds two wise men, a real one who is the park's custodian and the machine. She gets a job as the goodbye girl at the park which isn't much of a job as she watches everybody leaves. She knows a lot more words than goodbye. After she gets two complaints, Mr. Neilson, the park manager, said "Tsk, Tsk, you would be canceled. In this episode, she gets another job as the exterminator girl who goes after termites. While all of this is going on, Al is on his annual vacation to New York, London, and Paris but not really. Al's just sitting on the couch and watching movies and ignoring his family for a week. It's a good episode!

    A weak episode.

Al goes on his annual vacation alone: a week on the couch watching videos, pretending that he is travelling the world. Meanwhile, Kelly's modelling school closes down so she gets a job at TV World theme park, but hates the job almost as much as Al hates being a show salesman.

It pains me to say that I didn't find this one funny in the slightest. If it wasn't for the fact that Kelly wears a Supergirl-style superhero outfit as TV commercial character The Verminator, this wouldn't be worth watching at all. I hope this isn't a sign of the writers struggling to keep up the quality: I still have five more seasons to go...

    The Verminator

I don't agree that this is a weak episode at all. It is quite different and interesting with great lines.

It's awesome sering the talent of Christina Applegate doing a great 'impression' of Al, when she turns into her dad after a hard day at her work.

The other gem in this episode is the scene where Jefferson tells the kids he wasn't in Happy Days or the Love Boat, of course Ted McGinley took over roles in both. A great showbiz insider joke of Ted replacing major characters in shows when they leave. I really loved Ted as Jefferson in this I thought he was a much better character than Steve.

    • Trivia
Mr. Nielsen, Kelly's boss in TV Land says that "usually two viewer complaints would lead to your cancellation." This is a reference to one Terry Rakolta from Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, who in 1989, along with her husband, complained about the show, almost resulting in its cancellation.

    • Quotes

Kelly: A fat woman comes to the gate today, her muumuu covering what must have been three or four heinies. Now she could exit through an itty-bitty turnstile or a huge gate - guess which one she chooses! A line was forming. I had to do something. So, I went and got a tub of butter from the Delta Burke "Let's Get Big" exhibit and oiled her up. Then I went over to Star Trek Land, hotwired the Enterprise and sent it up where no man has gone before! She goes flying like a vegetable out of Dad's mouth, right into "The Facts of Life" fan club pavilion. Thank God it's always empty. Can somebody give me a reason to live?
