I like the bit where they used forensic evidence to solve the case

    Really nice twist

I read a review that there were some really good funny moments in this episode. There probably were. But I couldn't appreciate them because of the complete ridiculousness of the story. And besides that, I hate stories about frame ups of main characters. Hate. Hate. Hate.

Motive Means Opportunity I've always heard that you need those to prosecute a murder. None of the above. And no identity of the victim. And as pointed out indirectly at one point in the story, you could have severed legs without the person being dead.

Given Tony's history of putting criminals away, a frame up makes far more "reasonable doubt".

Sure seems like any prosecutor who tried to pursue this in court would have been severely reprimanded by the judge. Worst case, Tony probably would have lost his job if everything hadn't been straightened out. The way it ended, Jen should have lost hers. (And I always liked her later on.) And Fornell too.

This might be one of the worst NCIS episodes on record or at least in the first 10-15 seasons. This one makes me just plain angry!!!
