The two woman Del follows into the bar are different from the ones he talks to.
When Rodney chases after Cassandra out of the Adult Education Centre we can see his reflection in the glass door as he waits for his cue to run outside and down the stairs.
After coming back home in the rain towards the end, Del Boy works out what exactly happened to get Rodders so wet. Rodney owns up and despairs that not one window was boarded up in Cassandra's street etc. Rodney didn't go to Cassandra's street, he doesn't know where she lived, Rodney was being dropped off straight from the nightclub.
After Del Boy has fallen through the bar in the bistro, during the long shot when he starts to leave, a bit of a blue crash mat is visible where the fall took place.
Rodney directs Cassandra to The Kings Avenue, the same street Del drove down earlier, pretending he lives down there.
The sign for The Kings Avenue clearly had a London N2 postcode which is East Finchley.
This street is 10 miles north of Peckham and would confuse Cassandra as Rodney clearly told her he lived in Peckham.
When Del is trying to chat up the ladies in the bar when he first arrives, he says he was trying from 6am to call New York. Banks/Stock Market wouldn't be open at 6am here (usually from 7:30/8:30) and it would be 1am in New York.
This is most likely a Del Boy error due to his lack of knowledge just to impress the ladies.
