    Enter Mr. Sibley

Class 5C will be leaving school soon and entering the world of work.

They will be getting careers advice from Mr Sibley. Someone who Miss Ewell has taken a shine to.

Potter brings an army recruitment officer down, he tries to recruit Mr Hedges.

Mr Hedges gives 5C some interview tips but the joke is on him as he pretends to be Bernadette going for a job as an exotic dancer.

Eric Duffy goes for a job interview and realises that he is competing with people who have A Levels. It dawns on him that the world of work is a competitive market.

There was a nice scene where Potter is cut down to size by other teachers who also served in the army in both world wars.

    • Trivia
Mr Smith reveals he served in the trenches in the First World War (although this would make his character at least 70 years old, very old for a teacher) while Mr Price says he was an auxiliary fireman in the Second World War.
